Return Policy

Because live plants are perishable, all plant sales are final.


If your plant arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant and packaging. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.


We are not able to accept returns or issue refunds for plants due to changes in preference, minor cosmetic variation, or care issues after delivery.


Non-plant items (such as tools or growing supplies) may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
