How are live plants shipped?
Plants are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. We use proven packing methods to support safe delivery.
What size are the plants?
Most plants are sold in a 3″ nursery pot unless otherwise noted. Each plant is unique and may vary slightly in size, shape, and pattern.
Will my plant look exactly like the photo?
No two plants are exactly alike. Photos represent the general appearance of the plant, but natural variation should be expected.
Do you offer refunds or replacements for live plants?
Because live plants are perishable, all sales are final. If your plant arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.
What kind of light do your plants need?
Most of our plants prefer bright, indirect light. Specific care needs may vary by plant and are noted in product descriptions when applicable.
Are your plants beginner friendly?
Many of our plants are suitable for beginners, especially those listed as starter plants. We also offer rarer plants that may require more experience.
Do you offer local pickup?
